Our Availability is Unchanged!


The availability of our offices during the pandemic is unchanged, our employees are working mainly at the office and partially in a home office system. ​​​​​We are continuing to provide our services at the same high level as before, without compromising the quality of our work. We are available to you by telephone, post and e-mail in the usual manner. Documents can be sent to us by post, e-mail or they can be uploaded into our digital systems.

While we are dedicated to providing an excellent service to our clients, our first priority is to protect the health of our clients and employees.

To achieve this, here are the steps we have taken:

Digitalization and Computer Systems

We rely largely on digital solutions to guarantee a seamless and efficient workflow. Thanks to remote access to our computer system we are able to use tax, accounting and auditing software in the same manner whether we are at the workplace or working from home.

Our system enables us to work safely and efficiently with digitalized documents such as contracts or accounting vouchers. We file all tax returns electronically and our fully digital auditing and accounting software enables us to handle the entire process as a paperless procedure.

Although we have strongly invested into state-of-the-art digital solutions, we still have the advantages of a small firm. Regular personal contact and long-term relationships with our clients, many of whom we have proudly served for many years now, are a key cornerstone of our practice.

Data security and data protection are important to us. We have implemented advanced technology that enables us to provide a high degree of data security and GDPR compliance.


Most of our clients are international firms operating in Hungary, so we have been using digital communication for many years in addition to personal meetings. Due to the current travel restrictions because of the pandemic, online communication has become more important than ever.

We are working with several types of digital communication software.  Depending on your preference, we can use Skype for Business, Google Meet, Zoom, Teams or any other conferencing software. Some clients prefer to keep in touch simply on the telephone or by e-mail.

Our experience with digital communication has been very positive. It is efficient and cost-effective, as it saves time and travelling costs and it allows participants to join the discussion from anywhere in the world.

While in the present situation online meetings are ubiquitous, we are open to personal meetings also, using social distancing and the advised precautionary measures. Personaly meetings in Budapest can take place in our offices in an international office block, or in a smaller building which is only privately accessible. It is important to us to abide by proper precautions and enhanced hygiene rules so that we can conduct personal meetings safely.
